Delivery

  • Orders are shipped according to the chosen delivery method (MondialRelay).
  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination or carrier availability.
  • Shipping fees and terms are specified at checkout.
  • In case of loss or damage to the package, Kavora commits to collaborating with the carrier to resolve it.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).
  • Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or due to our error.
  • Refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used for the order.

Warranty

  • Our products benefit from legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects.
