Thank you for choosing Kavora. We work hard to deliver your order quickly and safely.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Shipping Methods We currently ship all orders throughout Europe via MondialRelay:
- Priority International Express Shipping €1.99 from a certain purchase amount
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order amount and chosen shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Zones We currently deliver only within Europe. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it!
Shipping Issues If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us at contact@mykavora.com within 7 days of delivery. We will quickly find a solution (replacement or refund).
Additional Information We are not responsible for delays caused by MondialRelay once the package is shipped from our facility. Please carefully verify your delivery address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
